Model Shows!
How does it work? |

It's simple... |
|
The Weekly Schedule
(Monday - Sunday) |
You fill out a schedule for the hours you
are available to work. The cutoff date each
week is Thursday Morning, so get your
schedule to us before that time.
Then, we begin working on the schedule for
the coming week starting every Monday. The
hours you scheduled to be available will be
examined to see if we can fit shifts into
your available hours. A final schedule will
then be printed out on Friday afternoon and
given to all models for the coming week. |

Your Show! |
We assume you will be doing your show
Solo unless you tell us otherwise.
We do not tell you how to
do your shows.
There are some rules that must be followed
for behaviour while on camera and those are
discussed when you are interviewed for
employment. |

Be Creative! It'll
make you money! |
You are an entertainer. Members will spend
money on you and are expecting a show so
give them one they won't soon forget!
We do encourage you to be creative, witty
and flirty. This will not only make members
remember you specifically but the chances
are they will come back to your show next
time and are much more likely to go into
privates with you! When Members do take you
private always greet them with a smile and a
hello. They are spending money on being
exclusive with you, it's because they like
what they see. So give them a great show!
If you're not comfortable doing something in
a private with a member, that's ok. We do
encourage you to try to be flexible with
many member requests though.
If you would like to bring toys, props or
dress up to do thematic shows, the choice is
yours. We just need to know in advance so
that we can make sure you are following our
basic rules of conduct on camera. |

The Condos!
How does it work? |
|
It's simple... in addition to "Model Shows"
on this page there are a few extra things to
mention. |
|
Living in Boyscondo
or Guyscondo. |
|
You will be living in the condo with other
models 24/7. We will assign you to a single or
double room. You will be supplied food, laundry, cable,
HS Internet, Tanning Beds, Hot Tub, Gym and more.
You also will occasionally be moved
to other rooms. You can also request a specific room which will
be considered but please don't be
disappointed if we cannot accommodate the
request. Spaces are limited :) |

Schedules. |
In
addition to a weekly schedule, you will also
have a chores schedule. This schedule is
worked out weekly just like a show schedule
and is created with absolute fairness. You
live in the condo, you should all keep it
clean.
In addition, we do not confine
you to the condo. Outside your shows we have
times where we would like you to remain in
the condo but you can go out and do what
most regular people do whenever you like
most days. |

Your Show! |
In
addition to Model Shows in Flirt 4 Free and
Ourguys you will also get more intimate
Condo Chat shows. These members are the same
members that browse the cameras watching
what you're cooking, watching on tv or
watching you sleep. So the show is a bit
more intimate with you and the members.
The show is more open for instant hardcore.
There is no private time involved. You are
paid a flat rate for the show and can flash,
tease or go hardcore as often as you want
during your Condo show. |

It's a given that being even more creative
in the Condo Chat shows is more important
than any other shows we offer. The members
see you day in and day out. Give a
unique and spectacular show in a Condo Chat
and they will, most often, gladly come and see you in
Flirt Shows too! |
